The story of two adopted brothers raised in a cult that worships the devil, following them through childhood, school days, and young adulthood.
The younger, Mio, is a healthy and gifted delinquent who hates living in a constrained and restrictive world.
The older, Sekai, is madly in love with Mio, but because he was raised to become the next leader of the cult, he only knows how to build relationships through dominance, so the two do not get along at all.
This is the story of an older man who believes it is natural for a family to be united, and a younger man who thinks his older brother talks nonsense, yet still enjoys the pleasure he feels.

Bonus: The Perfect Family "What If"
In the main story, the 35-year-old older man (the cult leader) and his 25-year-old younger non-blood related sibling (a yakuza) have a strained relationship, but in this bonus story, they reconcile and share sensual sex.
