Mr. Kagura is a baddy, in the not-so-sexy sense. He's stuck up, business-driven, and needs a girlfriend. As much as this guy seems like the epitome of annoying corporate management chumps, the story paces itself in a way that you can't help but start to see the guy as a real charmer. Who would have thought that a manga could make you want to work in an office just to find that boss baddy (in the sexy sense).
