One more Jane Eyre under my belt.Seriously, Jane Eyre is a thick ol’ book. I love it. I don’t know why. Rochester isn’t a good man, really.He’s shifty and a liar. But.. I suppose he gets it together by the end. The book is about Jane and how she lives and deals with it all. She’s strong and moral(weirdly entitled at times with the class system). This version is pretty good all being said. Very close to the Timothy Dalton old BBC TV series version. Yeah, who doesn’t like a young Timothy Dalton. Too pretty to really be Rochester, but I like the filter. Anyhoo… This is a good shortened version.
