  A ridiculous world
  This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's a ridiculous world where an application form is required to have sex, but they were a pure and cute couple. The air flowing through Watari, Sato, Associate Professor, and Itsuki is so sweet and amazing. I wanted to see more of these couples flirting.

  application

Set up a gag where they have to submit a seikou application form to the government office every time they do a seikou (lol) The first two people couldn't write specific seikou details, so they had the older sister at the government office add it, but it became like a sensual novel. If you don't act according to the application form, it will be a violation, so the two have sex for the first time while reading the application form. Having sex for the second time left traces of a beautiful gay couple I saw at the government office, and when I peeked around, I found them... It's a mess of settings, but it was interesting.
