I like how they developed the female lead's character as the story went on. She grew from quite a timid girl to someone quite strong, and manages to hold her own.
The character of her nemesis was a bit too predictable, though.
Although I liked the fact that the prince had a change of heart about the lead character, I must say it bewildered me how often male leads seem to have to be ignored and rejected in a story for them to realise their own feelings. LOL.
An enjoyable read.
