The whole manga revolves around pregnancy, but it's not used as a tool or fetishized. Instead it's handled in very adult and even educational manner where things like extreme morning sickness and hardships of life are discussed. And all of this while all the characters are absolutely precious and are building their relationship. Definitely recommend as you will be delighted about the characters and might even learn something about pregnancy while at it.(4)
