If you mix twins, actors, and female doctors

So-called HQ is a setting that often comes up, and this mix feels a bit messy. Even if it doesn't fit in volume 1, volume 2 has a sloppy feeling, the pictures are good, so the sense of excitement in the story is somewhat reduced.

  I like painting

The story is similar and close, but I wonder if it can't be helped because it's Harlequin. Is there anything that the title doesn't match the content? Personally, it's really nice that it's drawn after it went well.
