MEWSHIDO In medieval Japan, it's a hard life for a stray cat. Every day is filled with struggles and prejudice, from oppression by fellow cats working for cruel masters to extortion by catnip druglords. But being a stray also means incredible pride and independence. The wandering samurai Norachiyo has no master, though he still wears the telltale bell of a cat who has a "person." This rogue warrior travels across Japan, protecting the weak and cutting down those who have forgotten the virtues of being a stray - all with unrivaled swordsmanship. Although Norachiyo leaves little trace but his fearsome reputation, this enigmatic warrior has made plenty of enemies who are more than willing to get their claws on his head. Will Norachiyo's past catch up with him, or can he spend his nine lives in freedom?

剣劇作品

Sword drama

猫ながら内容はしっかりした剣劇作品。猫作品好きも剣劇作品好きもどちらにもお薦め。

It is a swordplay work with a strong content even though it is a cat. I recommend it to both cat movie lovers and sword drama lovers.

面白い

interesting

猫がモテる時代とはいえ、面白い。作者は年齢が上がったせいか話にユーモアがあり情緒がでてきました。これからが一層楽しみなマンガです。シャーマンキング時代より絵が数段うまくなっていると思います。

Even though it's an age where cats are popular, it's interesting. Perhaps because the author got older, the story had a sense of humor and emotion came out. I'm looking forward to the manga even more from now on. I think my paintings are a few steps better than during the Shaman King era.
