Unique and unforgettableReally enjoying this manga so far. It has q unique premise and is worth every penny to read. The FL really makes you root for her and even the side characters have decent backstory and depth. Strongly recommend.

Simply the BestThis is one of the best titles on MangaPlaza. Complex, truly human characters; a fully realized sense of world building; effecting moments of emotional depth, as well as deeply funny comedy; meticulous and unique art work.
Light-touch genre pieces have a place in my heart for sure. This is not one of them.
Do not sleep on this memorable, nuanced, rewarding series.

Making the best of a bad situation, with styleCome for the gorgeous art and fancy kimonos, stay for the poignant story of overcoming adversity and exploitation. This manga indulges in the glamour on the surface, but it doesn't shy away from the darker side of life in a red-light district either. It also really lets its protagonist and all the other women in the story shine, centering their stories and complexities. The plot is so deep, too; every new chapter peels back another layer and adds another twist. Whatever happens, I'm rooting for these ladies to get their own happy endings!

Unexpected favoriteIncredibly well written and has a great storyline. Can't wait for the new episodes. The characters are balanced and though out.
