- Is it possible to withdraw a membership cancellation?
- When users submit a membership cancellation request, their membership will not be canceled until the end of the free trial/billing period. Until then, users have the option to withdraw their cancellation request and resume their membership. Please see below for instructions.
1. After logging in, go to [My Account] → [Premium Membership Details].
2. For security reasons, you may be asked to sign in again. If you see a box for your password, please enter your password again. If you see a ”Sign in with (Service Name)" button, please select it to proceed.
3. On the Premium Membership Details page, scroll to the bottom and select [Withdraw Cancellation Request].
4. Read the details on the confirmation page. Then select the white [Withdraw Cancellation Request] button to confirm.
*Users may register for the membership again after a cancellation is complete. However, please note that when registering again, users will automatically enter a paid monthly membership starting on the new registration date.
