The characters and story line is pretty good, not the typical plot, there is some template about bullying ex coworkers or creepy boyfriends but there is like love circles between characters that makes everything complicated.
Only thing for me disappointed is the love story between heroes, I didn’t get for what real reasons they like each other!? Honestly love from first sight would be more justified than their feelings…

May 07, 2026 (PST) | Total Reviews: 39Disjointed and mildly claustrophobicI really like that the art style feels sketchy and casual, but is still able to capture those little micro-expressions that can really make or break a character. Unfortunately, I think the paneling is really detracting from the overall story: 75% of chapter one is close-ups of character faces (to presumably showcase those micro-expressions lol) with little attention paid to where characters actually are in relation to other places, if that makes sense? Additionally, the flashbacks we see are indistinguishable from what's currently happening in Sui's life, so the overall experience is very jarring and near-incomprehensble.
I am not willing to pay money to read more of this series, but I could look forward to the author's future works.
