Story :  1979, the start of summer, faculty member of the science department Dr. Ukai is in the middle of a lecture when he first lays eyes on a visiting student from the humanities department, Toki. Toki is quiet, with a stoic air about him... and Ukai realizes he's completely fallen for him. However, ever since Ukai lost his long-time friend and secret lover Amakata, he's been hiding the fact that he is gay, keeping his feelings bottled up for no one to know of. One day, Ukai notices a student has been following him around and trying to get closer to him. As things start to become more than just a minor issue, Toki steps in to help. Ukai offers to take him out to eat as a way of thanking him, but it seems there's more to things than just a simple meal...

A Must in Your BL Collection!
A mellow read that teaches so much about true, boundless and selfless love. Intricately written and beautifully drawn.

    Must Read
This is one of the best manga I’ve read this year. Though I don’t love how similar the characters all look I do adore the art style and the story was so beautiful. I only wish it were a little longer. I’d have loved to see a clearer resolution for the main drama but the romance aspect was written so well. Toki, Ukai, and Amakata were such well written and beautiful characters. The whole story was just so captivating.

    A sweet age gap
They’re both adults. It’s such a sweet age gap that quickly tackles passion, past and present and love. Short and sweet and the art is lovely. It’s so intentional and pleasing.
