Shintaro, who is apathetic about others, meets Kippei, who becomes his mentor at the design company he enters. Shintaro first thinks of Kippei as just another coworker, but as the caring and friendly Kippei easily breaks down the walls around him, Shintaro begins to have interest in him. One day, Shintaro ends up crashing at Kippei's place after going out for dinner.
