Jul 31, 2021 (PST) | Translate to Englishそのままでいい可愛いらしいエッセイで読みやすい。私は普通体型やけど、昔から「太ったらダメ」と自分に呪いをかけていました。過食嘔吐してたことも。でも痩せたからといって幸せに成るわけではない。娘が肥満なのですが、どうしたら痩せれるか？そればかり考えて苦しいのでこの本をとりました。どんな体型でも、どんな自分でも大丈夫、そう思えます。
