The first lie from an innocent young lady set fire to the king's possessiveness.
"Are you innocent or not? I don't know anymore." "I love you..." The heartrending sweet whispers from King Dirac and his fingers caressing Carolina's body make her melt. She wishes those words were truly for her. Carolina, a young noblewoman, is pretending to be her twin sister, Clarissa, and accepting the king's marriage proposal in her stead. Clarissa, a celebrity in social circles, gives Carolina intense training on how to behave. As Carolina continues having dates with the king, she falls for him. However, her pangs of conscience keep making her push off announcing their engagement, which then makes Dirac doubt her. On top of that, the prince of a neighboring country suddenly has his eye on her!

May 06, 2026 (PST) | Total Reviews: 35Wholesome story overallShy, homely Carolina took her sister's place as a marriage candidate for the king, Dirac, as her sociable sister is already in love with someone else. Carolina and Dirac are actually a good match and their romance is wholesome, but the spicy scenes feel really shoed in and more forceful than the rest of the interaction. It's still a good read overall and most of the characters are good people, no caricature villains here.

May 10, 2026 (PST) | Total Reviews: 4It's alrightThis review contains spoilers. Art style and direction are both good. The romance is ok, decently paced. Most of the s*x scenes are ill-timed/rushed that they come off as crimes rather than passionate moments for both characters though essentially, they serve no purpose other than to add some sm*t. This title would've been better off without them.

May 10, 2026 (PST) | Total Reviews: 5Not my thingThe concept of the story is good, but the way it’s executed is not great… firstly I wonder if some AI was used because sometimes the king’s hair looked so weird and in one panel he was half bald? Secondly the sex scenes are awful and feel violent and not at all romantic.
