Story :  Office lady Hitomi Nakajo is in a state of grief after her idol, Toma Kiryu, announced his retirement. After all, Hitomi's life purpose consisted of seeing Toma's plays. Just as things seemed hopeless, the very same idol becomes none other than Hitomi's boss?! It turns out Toma is the son of the company head that Hitomi works for. While Toma is amicable with all the female employees, Hitomi just panicks when Toma, her crush, approaches her. Consequently, she takes an indifferent attitude toward Toma. For Hitomi to act so indifferently toward Toma despite his status, intrigues him. Although Toma has received top-notch education as a gifted student, he's had some difficulty getting used to his first job off the stage. His never-back-down attitude leads him to try to solve everything on his own, but Hitomi, who sees through this, fills in the gaps in a subtle way so as not to hurt Toma's pride. Having taken notice, Toma steps up as an even more dependable boss and human being, leading the two to build a relationship of trust and draw closer to each other. Will their budding romance come to fruition despite a fanatic obsession?

My Oshi Is Now My Boss is such a fun and unique take on workplace romance! It follows a dedicated idol fan who suddenly finds themselves working under their favorite idol—cue the awkwardness, internal screaming, and hilarious attempts to stay professional.

The story is a great mix of comedy and heartwarming moments. Watching the main character try (and fail) to keep their cool is super relatable, and the idol-turned-boss is both intimidating and surprisingly sweet. Their interactions are fun to watch, and the romance builds in a really cute way.

The art style is clean and expressive, making all those over-the-top reactions even funnier. Plus, the pacing keeps things interesting without dragging.

If you’re into office romances with a quirky twist or love anything related to idol culture, this is definitely worth checking out! It’s light, entertaining, and has just the right amount of secondhand embarrassment to keep things interesting.Overall, My Oshi Is Now My Boss is a super fun, lighthearted read with just the right mix of humor, romance, and secondhand embarrassment. If you’re looking for something entertaining that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this is definitely worth picking up!The story also explores themes of.

    Oshi means stan
While the premise seems intriguing and entertaining, I can see how a lot of enemies might be made toward the female lead in this one.
