Shy Satsuki Shinohara's plan for a big high school debut are almost ruined by a p*rvert on the train, but she's saved by none other than the "gangster" student in her class, Yamaguchi-kun. He's already got a bad rap with the other students, and though Satsuki tries to approach him, he seems to always weasel out of her grasp. But she's not one to let a challenge daunt her, and she's out to prove that Yamaguchi-kun is so much more than he's cracked up to be.

Fantastic story writing!!

One of the better romances I’ve read! It’s not a slow burn and there are no miscommunication or other drama tropes. It’s just pure, swoon-worthy romance with two characters who know what they want and are honest about their feelings. It’s so endearing and refreshing to read. The side characters are also written very well and add a lot of great moments to the story. Even the possible love triangle is so intriguing and I can’t wait to see how things develop for all the characters!

Very cute!

As of writing I have only read up to Volume 3, but it's a really great start. I like the female and male lead a lot! Though with the nervousness and clumsiness of being high school students, they are straightforward and earnest. I find Yamaguchi's gap cute (he won't like that lol). Shinohara is likeable and someone you want to cheer on. The named side characters are still few, but they are good too and I hope they get expanded on. The artstyle is simple and charming. I'm glad I was able to pick this up!
