  cute
  This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's nice that the picture is cute. Sparkling Magical Girl is a phantom thief active at night, not during the day. It's a classic setting of transformation, magic, and fighting evil, and is for girls.

Reminiscent of girls' comics from the 90s

The title alone seems to be predictable, but it's a Transformed Magical Girl series with light battle elements that were popular in the 90s. I read volume 1, and everywhere I felt “somehow, that scene is being recreated” or “it reminds me of that comic.” However, rather than imitating popular works from the past, I think I dared to draw this with the intention of making it the same lineage. The enthusiasm for researching and drawing about Transformed Girls at the time was conveyed quite thoroughly. I liked this comic.
