  This review contains spoilers. まあ砂漠の国の王様なので男尊女卑なのは仕方ないし、ザヒドは威圧的ではあるけど思いやりもあるので嫌な感じはしなかった。フランチェスカがきっぱり義務プロポーズを断ってくれてスッキリ。なんでその後フランチェスカに会おうとしなかったのかは不思議だけど、いなくなってから腑抜けになってたwwと聞いて笑えたのでヨシ。でも腑抜けシーンもちょっとでいいから見たかったww自信家で有能な男が愛を失って腑抜けになるの大好きなのでww

I was so relieved that Francesca flatly declined the mandatory proposal. It's strange why they didn't try to meet Francesca after that, but it made me laugh when I heard that lol she had lost her mind after she was gone. but I also wanted to watch the stupid scene because it's a bit fine lol lol I love that a confident, capable man loses his love and becomes stupid lol lol

  This review contains spoilers. ヒロインの婚約者の本性を暴いたのは良いけど、その後の権力を振りかざすような行動は、やっぱり砂漠の国の王ってこうだよねと思わせるものばかり。その横暴をはねつけたヒロインは素晴らしい！

  This review contains spoilers. It's good that she revealed the true nature of the heroine's fiancee, but the actions that wield power after that only make you think that the king of the desert country is like this. The heroine who repelled that tyranny is amazing!

  慣習の差
  Difference in customs
  このヒーローが傲慢になってしまうのにはまあ今も残る中東の女性軽視があるんだろうなあと感じました。ヒロインは自立心高く凄くいい子だったのでヒーローがなあ…と思いつつも、変わってゆく時代にいる人なんだろうなあと納得させました。尾方先生の話はどれも好きですが、もうひと捻り欲しかったかな。

  I felt that the reason this hero became arrogant was probably due to disrespect for Middle Eastern women that still remains today. The heroine was a really nice kid with a high sense of independence, so even though I was wondering if the hero was... I was convinced that she was a person in a changing era. I like all of Ogata-sensei's stories, but I think I wanted another twist.
