Raw, emotional take on dysfunctional familyThis review contains spoilers. I wish Minami Q-Ta has kept writing more of this story... Every chapter hit me with like a strong ocean wave. Even the more quiet moments of the story were everything but serene. The toxic household. The toxic family relationships between the protagonist and her in-laws. The tragedy of being forced to give up your own child. The alienating feeling of living with people who don't care about you. But you just stay. Because of your kid(s). Because you can't or otherwise you might never see them (her) again. This story stopped when it was things were getting more interesting... A shame, truly.
