Feb 09, 2026 (PST) | Total Reviews: 129So sweet and wholesome!This is one of the loveliest mangas I've read. I'm up to Chapter 60 and the two main characters are so cute and genuinely likeable. And they communicate like sensible people! If they have issues or questions they ask each other and talk things out. It's so refreshing to have such a healthy relationship instead of all the manufactured drama that wastes so much time in other stories. The art style is great too, very comforting and pleasant to look at. A firm favourite, and a whole-hearted recommendation!

Both Mamoru and Tsubaki are endearing and realistically portrayed. I can't wait to see their development together. ❤ The art style is also very attractive. I would love for this story to be animated someday. Also I hope the manga will continue! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful story!(5)

This isn't the case here, though. Both characters are introverts, but their introversion is expressed in radically different ways. The male lead is a man of few words, but is very comfortable in his skin; the female lead, on the other hand, struggles to be with other people, as well as deprecating herself. It's a sweet story of a girl learning to love herself, as well as find love in the process.(6)

Jun 26, 2026 (PST) | Translate to Englishうん、羨ましい丁寧な青春な描写に、引き込まれました。こんな学校生活に憧れる。もう無理だけど、羨ましい限りです。椿が自分の気持ちや他の人の気持ちをゆっくりだけど考えながら生きているのが素敵だと思いました。もう、大人で初老の私だが、椿から見習う事は多いです。
