Nothing problematic with this title, but I am not a fan of the I-have-loved-you-since-you-were-a-kid (specially in the even-though-you-don't-know-me version). For me it would have worked better if they had just met for the first time in the present.
If you like this trope you'll probably enjoy this title very much.
