It's not Yankee or table tennis, it's a gag comic.

When I first write it, I think it's a “gag comic.” It's a story like taking out a can of MAX coffee from Rolling Regent, and the main character, Yankee, admires the heroine and starts playing table tennis... but I feel like it's bad for people who are serious about table tennis. Table tennis isn't as plain a sport as you might think, and as you can see by looking at actual players, the lower body muscles are amazing. Not only my lower body, but also my arms and lower back are pretty hard (I know because my acquaintance was a serious table tennis player). Rubber, shoes, and depending on the person, it's a hard sport that can be ruined in a week due to practice. There are also people who do it in rehabilitation, so it depends on how you do it. Shouting out the Ibaraki dialect and special moves in Yankee style kanji, and the aura of playing a game is just a gag. Whether it's a Yankee comic or a table tennis comic, it's half-hearted, but you can enjoy it if you think of it as a gag comic. Actually, I was reading it in real time and I was nostalgic (laughs)

There are a lot of playful places but I like it

I love Sawa because she's cute! I especially love the story in volume 7! I haven't read any other table tennis comics, but overall I like the feeling that they're kidding lol

  Yankee +... table tennis?!

Rolling Regent for school runs. It's a story where the main character of such an outdated Yankee follows a table tennis girl he fell in love with at first sight and seriously starts playing table tennis... “Table tennis is plain.” I have that impression, but this manga has nothing to do with being plain. Each character (for some reason) has special moves, and the depiction of the match is already a fighting manga. Actually, I realized once again that table tennis is a hot sport. (← Former table tennis club. (I wanted a cool deadly move...) The appeal of this manga is not just that it's a hot-blooded sports manga. There are tears, laughter, friendship, and love. I lost the game and wept with frustration, and I was delighted to win my first official game... Fight against unique rivals. It's also a story where the main character grows up, such as a one-on-one battle with his best friend. If you're interested, try reading it first. Please be surprised at the artist's drawing ability first. Also, buy it ◎ I also have a good caring male best friend, a natural crying bokuro-kun, and an intelligent Megane, so I also recommend it to women who are taken aback ☆ Sesshu is cute ~
