Story :  From high school to college, from college into the working world - although my life had never been spectacular, the journey had always been smooth sailing... Except when it came to men. So when I found myself an engaged woman at age 29, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. My dream of getting married before turning 30 was going to be realized! And that's when... I met him.

Love the manga but hate miscommunication ><!
It's a great workplace slice of life. Drama, love, growth. Love it! I can't wait till they get together!

Only character I dislike so far is Ana.. I've read to chapter 10 and seeing her do what she's doing makes me hate her! 😤

    Looking forward to more chapters
The story progresses pretty well and you really want to cheer for the protagonist! It isn’t super sappy or over-the-top, which I appreciate. I kind of wish we could learn a little more about the perspective love interest, but maybe that will come with time. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter!

    Promising
Whilst FL starts off as a woman with stereotypical ideology of being married by a certain age and starting a family before she gets too old, it is good to see that she follows through with her gut feeling. Although there is a fair amount of indecisiveness…I am interested to see how this plays out. Hopefully next chapter updates soon!

Review Spotlight!

Minyoung
Breaking out of Japan's societal pressures
Asian women in their 20-30s may have an easier time relating to this story, especially with many facing pressure from their parents and their partners to tie the knot "while they're young." Her dissatisfaction with her boyfriend, developing interest in the "new guy," and the "queen bee" trying to nab him for herself certainly makes for some drama. But underneath it all, this really is a story about a Japanese woman's journey to discover happiness despite what society tries to tell her.
