One day, Nicole gets caught up at the scene of a robbery and suffers severe head trauma. Ever since then, she's been able to see mysterious images replaying in her mind, but she doesn't understand what's happening to her. The first time it happens, she sees footage from the scene of a kidnapping--violent men entering a room by force and abducting a young girl with tears in her eyes. Nicole tells her boyfriend, Dominic, an N.Y.P.D. officer, but when Dominic's colleagues get word of it, they get all riled up. They say that Nicole knows details about the incident which that only the police or an accomplice could know, ...and that this makes her a suspect. Nicole is shocked and hurt by their accusations, but with Dominic's support, she sets out to save the young girl.!

Really good!Well written, especially for a harlequin! I thought the portrayal of her experience of recovering from a traumatic brain injury was quite well done. Hadn’t ever read about that in a manga before. The fantasy part of it was fun and they did a really good job of building the connection and romance between the two leads. It felt genuine. Only downside was it was a bit too fast paced, but that’s normal for this genre.
