  Too good and painful
  This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. wow... Shota-kun is so cute that he's going to freak out... Somewhere, Toru is so cool... she's absolutely desperate. My heart... I came from 23 years old,... but they were both so good that it was tough. (Good sense of course) Anyway, I really liked it. May you be happy forever. Thank you very much.

  That was great!

A spin-off of “23 Years Old Who Ruins Me.” I like this story better than the spin source. The combination of a good-looking guy and a medical student who looks like Shota is exciting.
