Campaign Agreement
By participating in this Twitter giveaway campaign, participants agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Campaign Details
During the campaign period, out of all participants who follow the official MangaPlaza Twitter account and tweet their favorite character from the campaign home page, 10 winners will be randomly selected and awarded 10,000 MangaPlaza points (equivalent of $100 USD for use on MangaPlaza).

Campaign Entry Requirements
Step 1:
Click the "...is my fav!" button on the campaign home page to tweet. Sharing multiple tweets per character or tweeting for more than one character is permitted.
Step 2:
Follow the official MangaPlaza Twitter account at "MangaPlaza_EN".
*Participant's Twitter account must be set to public.
*Participants are limited to 1 winning entry.

Results Announcement
-Those adhering to the entry requirements above, will be entered into the giveaway.
-Winners will be notified via the Twitter account used to enter the giveaway in early April 2023 or later.
-Winners must reply to the message via Twitter.

Points will be awarded in mid May 2023.
*Points received must be used by the end of June 2023.
*Points received can be checked on your "My Account" page.

Participants may be disqualified for the following
-Unfollowing the official MangaPlaza account before the results are announced
-Changing their account name or @username during the campaign period
-Uses multiple Twitter accounts to enter the campaign
-Not responding/replying to the message from MangaPlaza with the required information by the deadline provided
*Please be aware that winners will not be able to receive the MangaPlaza points if the participant has deleted their MangaPlaza account at the time of point allocation

This giveaway campaign is provided through Twitter.
MangaPlaza is not responsible for any issues or errors caused by the interruption or discontinuation of the campaign due to the Twitter website.

Notes
・Please be aware that the contents of this Campaign and the rewards may change, be suspended, or be terminated without prior notification.
・The details of this Agreement may change without prior notification. Please make sure you have read the newest version of the Agreement before participating in the Campaign.
・The Participant may be unable to participate in the Campaign when using certain devices.
・The Participant shall take part in the Campaign and use the website at their own discretion.
・This Campaign is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

The Company shall be exempt from any liabilities associated with the following.
・We will not be responsible for any damages that occur due to changes made to, the suspension of, or the termination of the Agreement, except in cases when said damages are attributable to the Company’s gross  negligence or willful misconduct.
・EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES OR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) DUE TO THE  PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THIS CAMPAIGN, EXCEPT IN CASES WHEN SAID ISSUES OR DAMAGES ARE ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE COMPANY’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
・We will not be responsible for any issues or damages that occur (directly or indirectly) due to third-party  services or materials included or linked to the Campaign, or for the acts or omissions of any third parties in relation to the Campaign.
・The rights granted to the Participant may not be transferred to a third party. If the Participant transfers the rights to a third party, the Participant will be disqualified and ineligible  for the cashback.

Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights associated with the website's content, software, and information (data), as well as that of all information collected through the website's use, shall solely belong to the Company or its licensors, as the case may be. The Participant shall not reproduce or reuse such content, software or information. If the Participant violates these stipulations, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Participant's reproduction or reuse of the content, software and information, and hold the Participant liable for any damages resulting from their actions.

Prohibited Acts
The Participant shall not engage in any acts that fall under or bear any resemblance to the following.
・acts that violate or may be linked to a violation of laws, regulations, public order or morality
・acts that infringe the assets or privacy of, or damage the reputation or credibility of the Company or a third party
・use of the Company’s website or services, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes
・acts of transmitting content that interfere with, damage, or restrict the functions of computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment
・acts that interfere with or interrupt the Company’s website or services and the services' networks
・acts of collecting or storing personal information belonging to other Participants
・any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
・The establishment, validity, interpretation and performance of rights and obligations related to this Campaign and website shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Japan.
・Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign and website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in the first instance.

Handling of Personal Information and Access History (Access Log)
・The Participant gives their consent for the Company to handle the Participant's personal information in accordance with the Service’s Privacy Policy (https://mangaplaza.com/privacy/). 
・When the Participant accesses this website, their information will be stored in the website's server access log. Information stored in the access log includes the visitor's domain name, IP address, browser used to access the website, and the date and time of access, but does not include personally identifiable information. The data collected shall be used only for the purposes of website and server maintenance, and statistical analysis of the website and server's use. Furthermore, the Company shall not be responsible for the handling of Participants’ personal information on any third-party websites linked on this  website.
