MangaPlaza PayPal Cashback Campaign Agreement
・NTT Solmare Corporation (the "Company") will be holding a PayPal Cashback Campaign ("Campaign"), as detailed below.
・The Campaign will be held in accordance with this agreement ("Agreement"). Please read its contents carefully. By participating in this campaign, you, the Participant, agree to the terms of the Agreement.
・After entering this Agreement, the Participant may not raise any objection regarding the Agreement and operation of the Campaign. Furthermore, "Participants" shall also be used to refer to all individuals that participate in the Campaign.

Participation Requirements
The Participant must meet all of the following conditions.
1. Be a currently subscribed user or purchase a subscription during the campaign period.
2. Still be actively subscribed on March 7, 2023 at 12:00 A.M. (PST).
3. Make $0.99 or more in individual purchases during the campaign period.

Promotion Period
February 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM - February 28, 2023 at 11:59 PM (PST)

Cashback Details
Users that meet all of the participation requirements will receive $6.99 in cashback through PayPal.

Announcement of Results
・Participants who meet the participation requirements will receive an email notification from PayPal beginning in mid-March 2023 for claiming their cashback. Please access this email and claim your cashback.
・The email notification will be sent to the Participant's registered email address on MangaPlaza.
・If you have a PayPal account, please follow the email's instructions for claiming your cashback.
・If you do not have a PayPal account, please follow the email's instructions on how to create a new Paypal account and then claim your cashback.
*If it is discovered that the Participant has taken part in the Campaign through wrongful means (such as by using another individual's name), they will be disqualified.
*Please note that the period for claiming the cashback will expire 30 days after the email has been sent. Be sure to also check your spam folder and make sure you are able to receive emails from PayPal.
*When using PayPal, PayPal's user agreement shall apply.

Notes
・Please be aware that the contents of this Campaign and the rewards may change, be suspended, or be terminated without prior notification.
・The details of this Agreement may change without prior notification. Please make sure you have read the newest version of the Agreement before participating in the Campaign.
・The Participant may be unable to participate in the Campaign when using certain devices.
・The Participant shall take part in the Campaign and use the website at their own discretion.
・This Campaign is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

The Company shall be exempt from any liabilities associated with the following.
・We will not be responsible for any damages that occur due to changes made to, the suspension of, or the termination of the Agreement, except in cases when said damages are attributable to the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.
・We will not be responsible for any issues or damages that occur (directly or indirectly) due to the Participant's participation in this Campaign, except in cases when said issues or damages are attributable to the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.
・The rights granted to the Participant may not be transferred to a third party. If the Participant transfers the rights to a third party, the Participant will be disqualified.

Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights associated with the website's content, software, and information (data), as well as that of all information collected through the website's use, shall belong to the Company. The Participant shall not reproduce or reuse such content, software or information. If the Participant violates these stipulations, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Participant's reproduction or reuse of the content, software and information, and hold the Participant liable for any damages resulting from their actions.

Prohibited Acts
The Participant shall not engage in any acts that fall under or bear any resemblance to the following.
・acts that violate or may be linked to a violation of laws, regulations, public order or morality
・acts that infringe the assets or privacy of, or damage the reputation or credibility of the Company or a third party
・use of the website's services, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes
・acts of transmitting content that interfere with, damage, or restrict the functions of computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment
・acts that interfere with or interrupt the website's services and the services' networks
・acts of collecting or storing personal information belonging to other Participants
・any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
・The establishment, validity, interpretation and performance of rights and obligations related to the website shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Japan.
・Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in the first instance.

Handling of Personal Information and Access History (Access Log)
・The Participant gives their consent for the Company to handle the Participant's personal information in accordance with the Service’s Privacy Policy (https://mangaplaza.com/privacy/).
・When the Participant accesses the website, their information will be stored in the website's server access log. Information stored in the access log includes the visitor's domain name, IP address, browser used to access the website, and the date and time of access, but does not include personally identifiable information. The data collected shall be used only for the purposes of website and server maintenance, and statistical analysis of the website and server's use. Furthermore, the Company shall not be responsible for the criteria by which or how personal information is handled on any third party websites linked on the website.
