True Devotion, True LoveAdorable art, amazing character design, fantastic writing, and drama that keeps you on your toes but isn’t forced or unexpected. Love this comic down to every pen line. If you’re into yandere but want Yandere Lite™ without the more problematic aspects (no judging either way), this is perfect. The doting and obsession but with a strong story reason and completely reciprocal devotion. I can’t wait for more!

Fake Personality Trope, but no endearing partsFirst off, the art is cute and the characters designs are spot-on. But the ML is really irritating. I came in with an open mind because I love MLs with a fake good personality who are actually irritable and grouchy. The issue with this guy is that there is no endearing parts of softness to pair with the grouchiness. This is a title for advanced enjoyers of terrible men. That’s not a judgment, it’s just a very specific taste that casual grouchy men enjoyers like me do not like. If you like irredeemably rude men who are grade-A handsome, this is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Unique concept, but bizarre executionThe romance is solid, so if you’re just here for that, it will be a good time. But the magic system, the motivations of the characters, and the actual cause of many of the issues is so inconsistent and unexplained that it was frustrating. Having good characters and art doesn’t make up for bad plot writing, unfortunately. Also, minor prt peeve, calling someone obsessed with accounting an otaku in the title is a little misleading for foreign audiences who association the word otaku with other things. That title should have been localized a bit better.

Sweeter than every cake in the worldThe GOAT Suzuki Yufuuko does it again. Handsome men, cute girls, fun drama, and a satisfying ending. Suzuki knows what romance lovers want!! Plus, all of the cakes in the story looked delicious ♡

Jerk gets put in his place by his crush ♡This review contains spoilers. Love this. Guy who is a jerk to the girl he likes gets rejected so hard he has to start pretending to be someone else. Seeing his attempts to win her back is hilarious and sweet.

Love Story between 2 Idiots (positive)The misunderstanding game is being taken to new heights here. Two loving hearts who are dumb of *ss. It’s genuinely really funny, but there are times where I had to put my phone down and say “come on man.” Spicy scenes are great (with a hint of comedy) but there are times when this couple is so stupid it genuinely knocks out my suspension of disbelief. You should go into this with a mindset of comedy, not romance, and you’ll have fun. Otherwise you’ll just get mad.

Grief, Yearning, and… Murder?!A love story that portrays the struggles of how grief, guilt, and obligation can prevent people from being honest with their feelings. And somehow, the author manages to weave all that in with a great murder mystery! I had a blast with this. This is a story for the yearners. When your own fears and anxieties cloud your mind and make you feel like you don’t deserve the happiness you want, stories like this remind you that there is freedom in letting yourself be vulnerable and opening your heart to love.

Cute!!I’ve been long searching for a high school BL romance that seems genuine and not full of fake drama, and this is it. It really is just 2 kids in the boonies who wuv each other and hang out. The realistic gay high school relationship experience is irritating the heck out of your bf but still loving him.

None of these people act like noblesThis review contains spoilers. Whether it’s the Princess, her knight, the daughter of an earl or a duke, or even the king himself, none of these characters have a single speck of noble manners/grace to them. This drama would be less annoying if it was set in anything other than nobility (even fantasy nobility). It seems more like high school drama. Art is cute, but the writing is not congruent with the setting.

The Most Drama of All TimeEvery conceivable court drama plot point is in this story. Despite that, it doesn’t seem rushed or contrived- it is all woven beautifully into the story. Every character has a motive driving them, and they will all do insane things as a means to an end. Truly an amazing read from start to finish.

Fun story ruined by bad localizationI feel bad for the original story, which is super fun and dramatic, because whoever did the typesetting for this made it not worth the price. I wouldn’t mind the piracy level typesetting if it was less expensive, but ~$40 USD to unlock the whole story when whoever translated this probably spent $0 on the typesetting is sad. Such a shame, because the story is a blast.

An amazing leading lady wasted on her terrible manThis review contains spoilers. Classic story: nobleman wants a contract marriage, stifled noblewoman agrees. The noblewoman is intelligent, charming, magnanimous, kind, beautiful, and loved by everyone. The male lead is a misogynist, clingy, and a jerk. Absolutely disappointing. Everyone acts like he’s a kind soul who has been wronged by the world. But his tragic backstory regarding women is that he was scammed by his ex girlfriend and got robbed. That’s it? All of that garbage treatment to the nicest lady over that? I’ve read dozens of stories on this site about characters who experienced terrible traumas and did not act 1/10th as rude as this guy. Also, the lewd scenes are super out of nowhere, not in character for the male lead who notoriously hates women, and also not consented by his wife. While I don’t diss the non-con enjoyers here (see 90% of the lewd marked comics on this site), this is certainly not the audience for that. I was debating rating this lower, but the female lead is so well written and cute that it amazes me that the author could be so bad at writing a suitable husband for her. Such a shame. I wish she had a better story to be in.

Need morePlease more… I’m a dried up mummy in the desert and the only way to heal me is more of Tina’s adventures… Joking aside, this is excellent. Tina captures the readers’ hearts just as much as she does everyone in the story. Excellent main character, excellent every other character, sweet story about people learning to open their hearts to the world around them.

A car crash you can’t look away from (positive)This review contains spoilers. Lovers of toxic romance, rejoice! You can’t get much more toxic than this. The main characters are introduced as a vindictive lady who is sleeping with her boss and the man stalking her for over 10 years. Everyone around them are the unfortunate witnesses to the world’s worst love story. The main lady is cruel, heartless, and has been victimized and mistreated by men her whole life, giving her a jaded view on love. The main guy is delusional, cowardly, and has spent his life being bullied for his weakness, giving him no confidence and making him obsessive over losing what he wants. Neither of them are good people, but as a result, they create a weirdly charming and endearing couple. For the people who want toxic, come on down, you’ll enjoy the ride.

Great Main Characters, Great Love Story!The main leads are excellent. The female lead is intelligent, determined, and in tune with her own emotions. She is devoted to her husband and determined to be by his side, even when he is cold. She never lets her sorrows get her down, but still allows herself to be vulnerable and kind. In turn, the male lead is guarded to the point of paranoia, but still sees reason and slowly but surely allows his guard to be let down. There is also some great dramatic moments that bring these two together. I am so delighted to see how these two overcome the very rocky start to their relationship! What an excellent story so far.

Lovers of Drama, Rejoice!This review contains spoilers. From the very first free chapters, this story makes itself known as a heel turn from fluffy love stories. This story is all about court drama! Plots to murder! Overcoming ableism! Vengeance! Stealing fiancées! Sibling angst! Using everyone for ulterior motives, even the people you love! It’s a total blast. Very snappy pacing and each character is determined and fun. No one character is totally a good person. Even the male leads are devious and flawed, but their determination shines through to both the reader and their leading ladies. It’s well worth the read, and it goes by quicker than you’d expect. Also, personally, I like sadistic yet devoted male leads, and this guy firmly cements his place in that category. The free chapters give you a warning on the drama to come, so it’s an honest depiction of whether this story is for you. A++++
