Cute, but I have questions...

This review contains spoilers. So it's a cute series, but there are factors about it that force me to drop the score.

The thing that really concerns me the most is the past life stuff. So far, it seems like her past life only exists to give her unnecessary trauma. It doesn't connect to any of the other characters so far, not even the ML. It's just a tragic past life she remembers out of nowhere that exists just to mess her up further.

Then we get the whole spirit beast thing. So she's able to hear the king's thoughts through his spirit beast, but not anyone else's through theirs? And the king somehow magically can swap places with his spirit beast out of nowhere just for the sake of a hug from her (an ability that just comes out of nowhere). And the MC can control spirit beasts, which I guess is fine, especially since she didn't have her own (so it balances out). Except, whoops. Suddenly she gets a phoenix (which turns small just for the sake of having a cute mascot in the series). Oh, and now she can control people too. So there's that.

Overall, it feels like a mess at times, which is why my score is where it is. But we'll see how things go from here.

Do not waste your money

What's the best way I can describe this without spoilers? Imagine someone threw two darts at a dartboard full of prompts and decided to write something based on those prompts. It didn't feel like the author wanted to write a good story. They just wanted to draw something and had no idea on what to draw.
And the art is good. Don't get me wrong. But the story is basically a series of cliches that just felt bad. And the ending left me feeling empty. And I tend to love this kind of story. But it was kinda like I wanted a gourmet burger and instead got a cheap McDonald's hamburger while being charged a gourmet price because it was put in a fancy wrapper.
The second star was because the art was good enough. Otherwise, I'd give it less.

Time loop villainesses are my guilty pleasure

Not gonna lie. I love this kind of story. And this one in particular felt good so far. It looks like the story will be continuing (not sure when). I'm curious where it will be going from here.

I just hope that the next story arc doesn't fall flat after this one. The way this arc ended felt like a good, strong ending.

Start seemed interesting, but then I read it.

This review contains spoilers. So after reading the first chapter, I decided to catch up on the series. Quite frankly, it's kinda bland.

Essentially, it's your generic "guy says something while FL is secretly listening, but it turns out what she heard was out of context" cliche. The way they did the cliche was even kinda bland.

Kinda feel like I wasted my money. Don't bother.
