Cute, but a little regretfulThe story direction and inertia are lost by chapter #2, it feels like more happened in the first chapter than all 11 others combined despite only having introduced the concept. Even if reading only for fluff/18+ content, every milestone was so anticlimactic I regretted my purchase a little, which is all without what seems like an axed finale. I enjoyed the art, characters and concept, but I think with the author’s writing style this would’ve worked better as a condensed single-chapter story.

A little disappointing despite the fun conceptThis review contains spoilers. “I was isekai’d into a world where all men can get pregnant” is an incredibly fun sentence.
But I’ll throw it out up-front that all you’re really getting is a very average dull sex fantasy.
The story itself having a very anti-climactic end aside, they really never do anything with any concept present.
The translation team could’ve very well replaced “all men can get pregnant” with Omegaverse terms or “I was reincarnated into a novel” with “I went back in time” and not a pixel would need to change (which feels almost a bit impressive?).
All men can get pregnant but:
- the society is still very patriarchal (no female cast in power/no female knights until finale background),
- patriarchy yet select smaller men unquestionably take on the same cultural and societal expectations as women (uke prince wears a wedding gown while seme knight is in a suit, no related dialogue?),
- there’s only one other gay couple in existence,
- the overprotective knight husband seme makes his frail sickly uke prince be the one to give birth without even mentioning his own ability to do so as a gag,
- this bullet is explicitly a personal problem but I was upset they would illustrate uke prince as having natural cervical fluid and not do the same for knight seme (admittedly my primary reason for even writing a review)
So the fun concepts are duds, and all that’s left from there are vague tropes you can get anywhere else

Very short, frustratingSuccinct is a good word! Very lovely artwork, the characters are adorable and the eyes are so beautiful. Glossed over naive selfish classism in the heroes and misogynistic do-no-wrong FL’s are nothing new to the genre, but this felt too on the nose to a point of being uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it.

ExcellenceI love the stories of powerful women casting men aside and taking control of their lives. I wish this story explored the legal process in greater detail, the build-up was also very rushed, but I feel in confidence—the world is a better place with this in it.

The beginning is wonderful, with a uniquely prescient, educated and ambitious FL. The political/socioeconomic conversations at the start were so very fun and refreshing, serving as both a clever way of world-building and establishing the competence of the main cast.
But it quickly grows frustratingly inconsistent before a full stop.
There’s magic and magicians in this world? With the level of detail supplied down to how civilians keep up with changes in their economy, you wonder what the practical applications of magic are in this setting. Nothing. Magic and magicians only seem to exist within what’s convenient for the plot.
ML teases he was granted ownership of the monopoly controlling near all the nations jewel-specific commerce through his uncle.. and the FL, despite knowing by heart precisely which businesses operate in what territories, does not know what family owns this company and does not attempt to find out? Not even when she begins working there and courting the current owner?
At some point the story spirals into shallow ridiculousness where the FL stops thinking, the villains+FL/ ML only enact senseless tropes, and even the primary romance is entered through the ML being excessively manipulative. Love-bombing to overwhelm FL, using psychological urgency tactics, taking advantage of her disorientation to force physical relations, social/public pressure, etc..
