Feel dumber for ready this

The ML reincarnated into an 18+ Otome game. It was clearly a terrible game because this plot is weak and dumb, but feels like it is trying to be deep. The majority of 18+ content is rapey and/or fetishy ( the tentacles are not a one off joke for ch 1). The remaining 18+ content is just not sexy. I am still not sure why no one has killed the villainess (formerly the games heroine), she basically has elite plot armor to antagonize the ml.

Overall good, but the ending feels abrupt

Overall a sweet romantic fantasy. However, the pacing feels leisurely until chapter 11/12. I assume it got canceled but with enough notice to resolve the story. It feels like there should be more of an ending, even the last scene feels like it is missing something.

Too short

The story spent a lot of time on the back story/ inciting incidents, which makes the ML underdeveloped. The story needed at least a half dozen more pages to fill out an ending. It feels abrupt.

Bad Marriage Revenge Anthology

This review contains spoilers. Interconnected anthology of women ( so far) getting social revenge on their lousy husbands. Vol 2 and 3 are about the daughters affected in the marriages in Vol 1. Vol 2 was really good by including Rika’s trauma from the events of Vol 1. Vol 3 is still being released, but I hope Hina’s marital issues are not cheating but MIL issues. Bad marriages come in a lot of different shapes so relying exclusively on adultery seems lazy.

Good, but also anger inducing

This review contains spoilers. The first 30-40 chapters details everything leading to their divorce/divorce itself and it pure drama. The husband is scum in my opinion. Even if he came to love Aiko after setting her up, i would never trust him again. It makes me very angry that the series seems to be steering to reconciliation (slowly). This series is listed as having over 140 chapters at present on manga updates , so after the divorce arc I would expect a slower moving plot.
