Reviews for The Damnation of Faust Manga

I know the manga artist Aokage from Harlequin Comicalize! An original short story, isn't it? As Harlequin Comicalize was piled up one by one, a man with a bearded face was depicted in an attractive way. In addition to the bearded face, this work depicts a man with a face he won't forget once he sees it as a matter of course. I think it's pretty difficult to draw a man with a beard in a cool way. Even so, the expressive power of being able to hear sounds is amazing ~ while being attracted to the heroine's singing voice and cheering with shadows, and finally for her... I may not be able to watch many sad stories like this these days. There seems to be an old European fairy tale or something that I used as a hint. Also, do I really like the standing figure of the woman drawn by Aokage? it's elegant, quick, and wonderful, isn't it?

I was curious about the illustrations and bought it... it was a sad but somehow fascinating story. Despised by a scar on his face, she continues to work hard every day dreaming about the stage... the composition above and below the apartment is irresistibly good. And for her... his actions hit my heart. It's not a happy ending, but it struck me that it would be a shame to end up with a short story.

I'm a fan of Aokage sensei. Until now, the original Harlequin story has been comicalized, and I really love the pictures, characters, and tempo drawn by the teacher. Personally, I had an image of Harlequin being a little bad at it, but since the original story that is always selected is excellent (I don't know how it's comicalized, sorry if it's different), I thought someday I'd like to read the teacher's original, so I was happy to see you this time. There are no more unnecessary lines or explanations than ever before, and line spacing (?) The excitement of reading was really fun. how did it end, did you make a voice out of your mind? Speaking of greed... I want to read a longer one!!!

It was a sad but nice work. It's a common story, and it's a strange feeling like watching a long drama even though it's a short story. It's very readable. I think the artist's skill is amazing. I like pictures too. It's a bargain.
