I have read a lot on mangaplaza, this one is one of the best.
The story is adult, no nonsense. Characters have a stong personality.
The kid has a realistic behavior. He is probably autistic with high intelligence and kindness but just can't get allong socially. It's very subtile. For exemple on the last published chapter he sends a text from his mother's phone with hearts because he find them decorative. Very relatable if you know someone in the spectrum!

And OMG the drawing! Top tier

I think this manga would have a huge success if it was serialized. I hope the artist gets it's fair share

The adult relationship is actually realistic which makes the story so much more interesting. There's no common miscommunication tropes. Just straight forward adult conversations which is so refreshing. I was hooked after the first chapter

The characters have personality. Grumbly doc with a hidden soft side; young single mom with a smart-but-probably-on-the-spectrum kid and life throwing lemons. I want to read more.

What a treat this is! This is the first time I've seen a protagonist like Kei: a single mother who is simply trying her best with her neurodivergent son, whose struggles as a family are depicted realistically. Not to mention how the story takes very common tropes and turn them around!
When you are my age (😅) you start to appreciate having entertaining, but thought-provoking romcoms with adult characters and mature problems instead of high-school drama hahaha. I really look forward to more chapters!

No spoilers, but I'm loving how you expect clichés with this plot but don't get them! Very refreshing. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

I just the finished the first 4 chapters, and I really like the characters. It's worth it and I'm gonna keep reading it.
