Blessings to the Outcasts Manga Reviews

This has probably been one of the best stories I've read on this website. The world building is insane for a 14 chapter series.

There is a lot of thought put into building the world and the magic system, which makes the story far richer beyond the dynamics between the two leads. Both have distinct personalities and motives that make them likeable, well-developed characters. It is wonderful to follow their relationships as they progress through the years, it all feels very domestic.

I love how the partnership between the main characters is portrayed! And the all of the characters’ relationships with each other are fleshed out really well. Beautiful characters and art! I love Adain!

I loved this so much!! Everything about it is beautiful- from the art style, the world building and adventure, the relationships between each of the characters, and how selfishly selfless they all tend to be. Not to mention the gorgeously illustrated, steamy love making scenes!!!!! I'm just so sad it was short but sweet.. I could read many more volumes of Jonak, Adain, and Lucius's shenanigans... will be keeping an eye on the author's works and nabbing myself some physical japanese copies!! (Hopefully there will be a physical release for the english ones as well, I'd nab those too!!!)

It’s very lore heavy so can get really wordy, which is unfortunate bc the scan doesn’t do the art justice with all the text. Despite that, a really lovely story with some serious steam.

I loved the premise of dragon x sacrifice and the quasimagical setting. The art is beautiful and the overall plot was unique.
I feel like it the potential of the series was limited by the number of chapters, fairly evident in the frequency of jarring time skips. There were individual character developments but the chemistry between Jonak and Adain barely progressed up until the end. Still, it was a memorable read and I still enjoyed it!
