Reviews for The Summer Hikaru Died Manga

This review contains spoilers. Other people are hypersensitive about BL, but in the age of diversity, I don't think it matters who likes whom regardless of gender, so I didn't even bother to touch on reviews. Although the content is sad, it is a very emotional and good work where you can feel the depth of love. I'm sad that Hikaru died, but in the end, I was heartbroken watching the conflict of Yoshiki-kun, which Hikaru also cares about. I've made it to volume 9, but I'm really lonely when I think that it will be over in a little while. Please don't let it end badly. There was a good chance that BL manga would start getting along right away, and since there were so many stories from there, I was bored, so I thought it would be nice if more and more works with such a solid story would come out in the future. Incidentally, it's an overseas work, but I also like Hikaru Fuchi and Mage Zoshi. It's also depicted in this story, but there aren't only bad spirits. But don't go too deep. I was able to confirm once again that living things and things that you feel even when you can't see them have a lot of meaning. It made me think that I must face that feeling without disdaining it. The illustrations are also impressive, and they are so wonderful that I can get into that world, and I'm looking forward to it from now on.

This review contains spoilers. Unique pictures and sound effects against the backdrop of closed village customs? The expression exudes unease throughout the work. It is a work that also makes you think deeply about detailed psychological depictions, values as a human being, and essential questions about the detailed content. It is said that the author plans to finish with about 10 volumes, but it is true that the Everyday Life Edition, Mystery Solving Edition... and 2 to 3 volumes at a time will progress steadily. I feel refreshed around there. It's already been collected and sorted out! It's like that. I mean they don't pull the seeds out. I also feel like I want to enjoy the world view of the work a little more slowly... I wonder if it will end in a sad way if it ends with 2 more volumes. I don't like that. It's a work that doesn't fit within the framework of mystery, horror, or BL (not). Hikaru is sad and it's painful to read. I hope it ends in good shape. hmm.

This review contains spoilers. I'm scared and I try not to read ghost stuff because it interferes with my life, but I inadvertently read on because of my favorite pictures, the comfort of the dialect, and the vividness of the first episode. “ku” is seriously dangerous. At night or when I go to the bathroom at night, “ku” goes through my head and my heart shrinks. It's scary, scary, and sad. It is a body of light, and it has memories of light. Speaking of the philosophical thought experiment that appeared in the story, a state like Numao (Swampman), Numao is just a duplicate, and the continuity of his body is interrupted. On the other hand, Hikaru possessed the body of light. Also, since there is a self-awareness that it is not light, Hikaru is definitely not light. It's slightly different from light. However, human tastes and ways of thinking change, and attitudes also change as events and moods are reflected. If you look at it from around you, you'll never know what's inside is different. If you are a body of light, have memories of light, and talk about your memories as your own, what is the difference between Hikaru and light for others? Numao is a question about what “I” is, but I think this work is a work that questions what “others” are. Hikaru looks at the soul as a standard, but humans are inevitably dragged by gawa (body). What do we look at in others and recognize them as such? What do we love about that person? soul? physical body? memory? continuity? Or... it's sad to say that being together is an ego, knowing that it's not light and that it's okay to be fake. I read volume 8 I loved the theme of how the author, who is a human being, draws things that cannot be understood by humans, and that was great too. If you like the philosophical part of this work, I recommend the movie “The Man Captured by the Moon.”
