I went into Saved By the Ice Cold Prince's Embrace expecting a typical cold-prince-warms-up romance, but I was pleasantly surprised. The story starts with the heroine at her lowest—emotionally shattered and utterly alone—and then throws her into the path of the aloof, emotionally distant prince. What I loved was how their relationship developed slowly and subtly, with small gestures carrying deep emotional weight.
The prince isn’t just "ice cold" for the sake of the trope—his past trauma makes his emotional distance feel believable, and watching him begin to care for someone again was honestly moving. The art is beautiful too, especially the way the artist captures the chill and warmth in their scenes together.
If you're into emotionally charged romance with a hint of healing and character growth, this one's worth a try. It's not overly dramatic, but it quietly sneaks up on your heart.

I love some of the side characters (especially the maid), and there were so many parts I was laughing so hard to that I had to explain what was going on to my husband who found those aspects fun too. I should know better than to get sucked into an unfinished manga, but I'm really glad chapters are still coming out. I hope it gets finished because I'm so here for it!

Not groundbreaking, but decently entertaining enough to keep reading. The villains are good heels and easy enough to hate. ML could be a bit better developed, but we know he has to be angsty so he and FL can heal together. If you’re looking for a basic Cinderella-esque story, this is a relatively decent read.(1)

ML who is a prince, acts cold, but underneath very sweet and falls in love with unfortunate girl who gets bullied by her family. The story starts off strong with the impact of the long mistreatment and abuse the FL gets to endure. They both have their scars and it’s really sweet to see them grow closer over time. Unfortunately by chapter 17 (and even after the family trope) I felt the story was going backwards and getting a bit draggy towards the end. Chapter 17 actually feels like a genuine ending, but then gets further chapters which for me wasn’t really necessary since chapter 17 already felt like a solid ending with no need of another set of villains trying to ruin the ML/FL’s life. Some stories should just end on a high and not get dragged on any further. Unfortunately this story suffers from that syndrome.
