Banzawa's tough, and even though his family's a syndicate, he still looks & acts innocent, a complete contrast to Jin. Toba's...well, he is an OK guy, his attitude is understandable considering why he was given to Jin, but his willingness to sacrifice his own future for his family who clearly sounds to me are only after living a luxurious life is kinda not a smart & honorable thing to do, but in the end he ended up with the love of his life so it's all good.

But when the third wheel enters the game right from the start, I lose interest. I consume a lot of yaoi manga, so my criteria can be quite high for the manga as a whole to make me appreciate it.
All in all, in my opinion, a bit hasty as a whole.
In my opinion, it could have been a hundred times better if the final solution had not been planned so hastily.(2)

A shame it doesn't quite deliver. This has that early yaoi feel (and style) of a rushed story trying to be more edgy than it has the chops for.
