I hate the sister sooooo much
I wish you would die, honestly she needs to go, idc if she apologizes and realizes what’s she done. Like you deserved everything that happened to you.

    So much suspense
Never felt so many different feelings in each chapter!! The ups and downs. Makes me angry and also sympathize with characters. Can't wait to see what the final out is with Yuuma and Aiko.

    Not sure I can finish
This review contains spoilers. This one’s frustrating. So much of the story has me screaming “just go to the police!” The main character has no spine, and even when she ‘stands up for herself’, she doesn’t explain anything to anyone about her harassment.
And the whole lynchpin that’s keeping the ex boyfriend in the sister’s grip is pathetic. She’s not holding anything over his head. She threatened to kill the sister in a way that could have been easily stopped, or at the very least, reported after the fact, but the bf did nothing.

I also greatly dislike the idea that someone who was sexually abused and abandoned as a child would grow up to be basically a jealous sociopath who would choose to inflict the same kind of pain on someone else.

All around, needless conflict, spineless characters, and a bad message about victims of childhood abuse.

…It’s also not really a thriller, there’s no mystery or suspense, it’s just chapter after chapter of kicking the MC.
