Reviews for Sherlock Bones Manga

The setting where the detective is turned into a dog is interesting. Takeru, who became an assistant, is also a refreshing and likeable character, and it's fun to read about solving incidents. Also, anyway, the dog Shardock is cute. It is conveyed that the person in charge of painting and the teacher who wrote the original story probably likes dogs. Maybe it's hand-drawn with a pen and not a PC? The eyes, coat, gestures, and movements are carefully drawn, and the contents express the person's settings well. In particular, the cut in volume 1 where Shardock smokes a pipe is done with his whole body (^^) Holmes' rival, Professor Moriarty, also came out unexpectedly and received it. The story of Takeru, who grew up, was also interesting. It's a pity that it's finished, but I wonder if there will be another sequel.

This is the work that led me to become a fan of this author. Many years have passed since it was completed, and I still reread it often. However, it was a bit disappointing that as we progressed to the second half, the culprit's pattern or personality, or rather the axis of the criminal image, changed. Somehow, I felt like a psychopath anyway, and I liked the early ones where the culprit felt a human touch. At the time it was completed in the magazine, I remember that there was an incitement statement attached to it that there was a sequel, but I wonder if the continuation will not be drawn anymore. It's my favorite work, so I've been waiting for the sequel.

It was an unusual setting, the story was solid, and I enjoyed reading it. But if you want the whole volume, maybe you don't need it.

I didn't understand the relationship between Shardock and the main character's grandfather, and it seemed like it was a complete mess, but it was interesting as a detective story for young people.

Shark dogs are cute. Both the main character and heroine have no dislike and are nice kids, and the incident isn't too unreasonable like a certain detective comic, so I even read it quite a bit. I read it all the way to the end and I'm glad it ended clearly (*^^*)

I only read the first one. The novel setting where the dog is the reincarnation of Sherlock Holmes was interesting. Also, it was interesting to be able to see the bond between the dog and the protagonist and the growth of the protagonist through the incident. The culprit of the incident itself was mostly known, and there were many things that led to solutions by solving tricks.
