Plain old Liz knows she was nothing special to her boss, Cole, but when she returns from vacation, she's quickly turning heads with her new makeover. With Cole having to find someone to accompany him on his mother's vacation, he too is looking at Liz in a whole new way. But he's reeling from a bad divorce and the loss of his son, and Liz can't tell whether Cole sees her as an attractive employee, a suitable girlfriend...or just a comforting bed to sleep in.

While in between her jobs as a nanny, Melissa decides to help her brother-in-law on a project. This requires them to go to the kingdom of Qu'Arim to work with Sheikh Surim. While she's there, Melissa inadvertently finds herself taking care of Surim's children, believing they aren't being properly cared for. When Surim sees how well the children get along with her, he appoints her as their nanny. Melissa suggests the children need to spend more time with Surim in order to establish a deeper bond. While doing so, Surim gets to spend more time with Melissa, as well. Soon she finds herself falling in love with the sheikh, who is, naturally, beyond her reach. Melissa wishes Surim could return her feelings so she can go from being the nanny for his children to becoming his wife. Can her dream actually come true?
